Our History
 
My vision began in 1995 in Orlando Florida when I began coordinating special events for friends, family and colleagues.  I organized cruises, baby showers and wedding.  Although this was exciting I wanted to do more. So I began the heart and soul of Illuminating Spirits.
 
While working for Walt Disney Imagineering gaining experience in what top notch service truly is, Illuminating Spirits evolved into a more personalize service company.  I am also a graduate from the Orlando Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu Paris.  With my vast knowledge of food and my certifications in Safe-Serv, I am well equipped to provide my customers with a dining experience fit for royalty.   
 
I have taken all of my customer service skills, organizational skills and love for helping others and created I.S.Table For Two, a division of Illuminating Spirits, LLC a company dedicated to individualized services.
 
Illuminating Spirits, LLC, is embarking on a journey that promises to delight all that dare to join.
