Using experiences learned from fifteen years of working on Wall Street and several local Orlando companies, she decided to make a shift in her career and start her own business.  In 1995 she founded Illuminating Spirits, LLC, a company whose main goal was to bring people together and lift their spirits through activities like dinner cruises, Christmas galas, and coordinating weddings. 

In 1996 she began working with Walt Disney Imagineering a division of Walt Disney World where she got to experience first hand what quality service was all about.  While gaining knowledge from Walt Disney, Michele was also involved in some volunteer community projects.  She was the Treasurer for the Peoples’ Theatre Board and a volunteer for their Guild.  It was there where she got her first taste of volunteer work outside of her church which sparked the desire to find a way to Give Back.

In her role as President and CEO for Illuminating Spirits, LLC, Michele is committed to helping you achieve the best dining experience you desire. 

Although having gone through the difficult experience of losing her youngest son Erin (or as she lovingly called him EJ) to a car accident, she strongly believes that God has given Illuminating Spirits a new direction and given her something else to focus on like, You the customer.  She continues to have the support of her surviving children, Erika her daughter and sons Donnell, Haile-Eyesus and Damon.

Michele has pledged to give the best service possible to all of her clients and she truly believes in adding to the quality of life of all who seek her expertise.  She is thrilled to be in the position to make your life a little more hassle free by creating the ultimate romantic dinner at home.  She finally has an opportunity to play an important role in the future, a future where positvie change will be made and lives will be transformed.
